We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times: Spain 2–5 days, Europe 3–10 days, International 7–15 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. You may request a replacement or full refund within 30 days.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
